Kajsa Svensson is the lead trainer at InterAct. She engages her participants through using their own questions and examples. As a trainer, she has both academic knowledge and personal experience of living in other cultures. She has developed interactive education and training to strengthen communication and cooperation skills for more than 15 years.
Hani Vahabi has an interdisciplinary academic knowledge, master degree in humanities, social and cultural sciences, mangement as well as software engineering. She has deep knowledge and critical perspective of how issues of diversity, equality, gender, social and cultural norms work in daily practices. Hani is the director and leader of different companies.
Reza Moussavi is a senior manager with expertise in conflict management. He has academic knowledge in management and software engineering. Reza has been leading projects, teams, and tech companies for 20 years. He has been a university educator, course supervisor and industrial mentor of Gothenburg University, as well as business mentor at Founder Institute.
