Development is not a solo act. We develop your team to take responsibility for result and co-worker relations.
Working with your existing teams and co-workers to help them get to know each other and come together to understand how their different personalities and skills synergize. Together we build skills for communication and cooperation and prepare co-workers for how to act constructively when disagreement and conflict occur. We also facilitate participatory processes for teams to create and agree on the strategies needed. We help teams develop common goals, nurture healthy relationships and make use of individual differences.

Team Establishment – Workshop
Half a day
3-22 participants
This easy-going workshop combines short lectures and interactive exercises where people get to know each other and are introduced to basic knowledge and understanding of group development. We create commitment in the team and speed up the tentative phase of getting to know each other, build the relationship and start to cooperate and enjoy working together.
Team Development – Workshop
1-4 full days
3-16 participants
This useful workshop combines short lectures and interactive exercises. We go beyond team establishment and build skills for communication and cooperation as well as create common strategies to strengthen the team. We work on the teams’ actual challenges. All skills, knowledge and strategies gained can be applied in real work situations.
Group Consultation
45-90 min in 1-2 days
1-7 participants
Our consultations include individual and small group coaching, guidance, education and training. During our consultation time, we develop individual skills, strategies and give specific advice based on the team’s own questions and specific challenges.
Combined Package
Team Development is often part of a Combined Package. The package combines workshops, training material and strategic consultations to target the specific challenges at different levels of the organization. In this package, we apply the wholeness approach to change and organization development. Through this, we make sure that everyone within your organization shares the same understanding of the working culture you desire and have the necessary tools to live every day.
