This easy-going workshop combines short lectures and interactive exercises where people get to know each other and are introduced to basic knowledge and understanding of group development. We create commitment in the team and speed up the tentative phase of getting to know each other, build the relationship and start to cooperate and enjoy working together.

This useful workshop combines short lectures and interactive exercises. We go beyond team establishment and build skills for communication and cooperation as well as create common strategies to strengthen the team. We work on the teams’ actual challenges. All skills, knowledge and strategies gained can be applied in real work situations.
45-90 min in 1-2 days for 1-7 participants
Our consultations include individual and small group coaching, guidance, education and training. During our consultation time, we develop individual skills, strategies and give specific advice based on the team’s own questions and specific challenges.
